What kind of payment options are available? - We can accept Checks Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express through Paypal. Depending on the project complexity, a signed work order is required to begin a project. A 50% deposit is required upon any art approval and remaining balance is C.O.D. upon delivery of project.
Website construction requires a 50% deposit plus any domain registration, transfer or hosting fees. Remaining charge is required at the completion of the website work order project.

What is the time frame for producing a catalog? - The answer is based on the complexity of the catalog (color, B&W, amount of pages, etc.), and the method by which we receive your information. We have photographed 100+ product images and produced 40+ page color catalogs in less than 30 days. If your catalog has complex lists of part numbers, production could take longer. If your product part numbers and/or pricing is completed on a word document or spread sheet, we can save you time and money by converting that to our catalog graphics programs. We will work with you to be sure we meet the agreed-upon deadline.
Are there other Gofast Communications Group service advantages? - Absolutely yes! If we can save ourselves time, we're going to save you money. Many companies for whom we provide website and print work services enjoy the production savings we pass to the customer. If you already have a completed catalog in electronic form, or word documents with your product lines, we can save you money in data entry! Some companies still charge a client for copying already entered data, but GoFast Group will discuss how our technology can work with your files, and pass those time savings on to you!
How can I review projects in progress? - Traditional snail mail / fax avenues are easily available. We can e-mail pdfs to view on your own computer. Our most popular option is to establish a password protected web page specifically for clients to review their proofs online just by clicking on a link and keying in a password.
Will I speak to a designer or marketing staff before and during my project? - We will always speak to you directly and always keep lines of communication open. Constant communication is essential to the creative process and to ensure that you are satisfied. We appreciate all your comments and involvement for a successful project, and remain in close contact till the project is complete.
Can you use my existing photos or logos? - You have just saved yourself some budget! We are happy to use your existing art and photography for any project or develop existing art into a new look for your company that still maintains your past image. We can start from scratch or use any level from existing art to starting with a fresh slate. The key is that we will not re-charge you for work you have partially supplied! And, when the project is done, you own the art, so you can utilize it over and over again.
Can I save money with combined print and web site work? - Yes! Let's say that GoFast Group has created a catalog for your company. If a website is the next project in line, the work of creating photography, pricing, composition, etc. is already done, and that saves you money by not double-charging for the same work!
What about obtaining logo and slogan trademarks for Gofast Group creations for my company? - You will own all rights to artwork created for your company. Gofast Group does not hold any rights to the designs we create on behalf of our clients. We can help you obtain a copyright or trademark for your custom designs or slogans by supplying you with all the necessary information and contacts. We can provide clients with flash drives or DVDs with your completed artwork for your files and future use or keep it for you in our files.
Will GoFast Communications Group sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect my ideas? - We are ready to sign any non-disclosure agreement. We respect your privacy and intellectual property. What we create is exclusive between GoFast Communications Group and each client. We're in business for the long haul. We also have experience in filing paperwork for trademarks and copyrights of your logos and printed / web products.
If GoFast Group performs a mailer service for my catalog or e-mail campaign, how is my list protected? - Gofast Communications Group can sign any non-disclosure agreement to protect the use of your mailing lists. There is no magic guarantee to protect your mailing lists outside of your office. You simply need to work with a publisher/marketer that you trust.
GoFast Communications Group has been in business for 20 years and we plan to remain in business for many more years to come. Gofast Group's future wouldn't be secure if we were to share exclusive mailing lists. We fully recommend the standard practice of inserting "seeds", or decoy names, as a standard practice to protect and monitor any fraudulent use of a mailing list.
